VIDEOGRAPHY
My name is Dave Granzow. I am a photographer, videographer and graphic artist based in Thüringen, Germany. It all started when I was a teenager and rented a camera just for fun. After a few hours, I knew that this would be my new passion. Ever since I was young, I always loved looking at cars, playing with toy cars, and even drawing cars. I started watching some daily car videos online, and I fell in love with the huge variety of different car brands and models. But one car just stuck in my mind -- Nissan Skyline R34 GTR. It became popular when it was featured in the old "Fast and Furious" movies, and every car guy loves it. Even at that young age, I set a goal that I would one day own one myself, and I began to work toward that goal. After so many years, I finally bought myself my dream car from my childhood! My own Nissan Skyline R34.
Of all the work I do, my greatest passion lies in videography. I love that I can capture amazing moments with my camera and preserve them forever. It’s so great to go back and relive those experiences. Whether I am hanging out of a car window at 45 miles per hour or waiting for hours to capture one perfect shot, I use all my skills and do all I can to make it happen.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography allows people to capture the world around them with the press of a shutter. My photographs express the way I perceive the world around me. I believe every photographer is good in their own way -- they can use their photographs to share their view of the world.
My favorite subject to capture is, of course, cars. I started taking pictures on my iPhone 4, and I was amazed by what I could do with that little camera. Today I work with a huge supply of photography equipment, including DSLR and cinema cameras.
